You can see the news of PTR-Community in a MSN messenger tab (min. v6):

Open the file C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\you@hotmail.com\ConfigCache.xml and add the following code between <msntabdata> and </msntabdata>:
